Printed books are heavy and sensitive to transit moisture. Factory packing follows strict export standards to ensure books arrive pristine, flat, and retail-ready:
BC Flute Double-Wall Export Cartons
Heavy-duty BC double-wall corrugated export cartons with approximately 7 mm (6.5–7.5 mm) wall thickness. Carton interiors feature corner protection with no void spaces, and gross weight is strictly capped under 15 kg per carton to prevent transit crushing.
Moisture Protection & Pallet Packaging
Appropriate moisture-proof protection is implemented for every shipment to safeguard books against humidity during ocean transit. Cartons are stacked on ISPM 15 compliant pallets reinforced with protective corner boards, heavy-duty strapping, and multi-layer stretch wrap.
Inspección de calidad & Packing Specifications
- 100% Pre-Packing Visual Inspection: Every book is inspected before packing to ensure it is intact and retail-ready, free from corner dings, creases, arañazos, ink scuffing, binding defects, or loose pages.
- Third-Party Pre-Shipment Inspection: Factory welcomes independent third-party inspection agencies (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) prior to container loading.
- Individual Protective Packaging: Single-book shrink wrap, paper belly bands, individual book sleeves, or slipcases available per client requirements.
- Safe Freight Practice: Loose carton parcel shipment is prohibited for bulk orders; cargo must be securely palletized.
Shipping Terms & Aduanas (Incoterms)
We support four standard international trade terms (EXW, ENGAÑAR, CIF, DDP) according to your project needs and forwarding arrangements:
EXW (Ex Works)
Suitable for clients who have their own designated freight forwarders picking up cargo directly from our factory warehouse in China.
ENGAÑAR (Free on Board)
Suitable for ocean freight orders where our factory manages export customs declaration and delivery to the China departure port (Shenzhen / Guangzhou), and the buyer manages ocean transit.
CIF (Costo, Insurance & Freight)
Suitable for buyers who prefer our factory to arrange ocean shipping and marine cargo insurance directly to their destination seaport.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Door-to-door delivery service covering international freight, export/import customs clearance, tariffs, taxes, and final delivery directly to your door.
Regional Customs & DDP Service Coverage
We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping solutions for select international destinations, simplifying customs clearance and import tax administration. Regional service availability is outlined below:
- USA and Australia: DDP shipping is available for almost all orders. Your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep with no hidden fees. (Excluding remote areas)
- UE: We offer DDP shipping to most EU countries. (Please note that this only covers the EU; non-EU European countries, such as the UK or Switzerland, may have different customs requirements.)
- Other Countries: For regions where DDP is not supported, orders will be shipped via DDU/DAP (Delivered to Destination), meaning any local import duties or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
