Volume-Based Pricing
Offset litho printing costs generally decrease as order quantities increase because setup, plate, and other fixed production costs are spread across more copies. Our quotation structure provides clear economies of scale across standard production quantities, with unit pricing typically becoming more competitive at higher volumes.

Long-Term Reprint Policy & Digital Asset Custody
With formal customer authorization, Xinyi systematically archives all calibrated prepress files, imposition schemes, proof approvals, and color profile curves for 2 full years under strict document control protocols. This guarantees seamless repeat printings with zero color drift and expedited machine setup.

Files and plates are retrieved directly from our digital repository. Calibration data is loaded immediately onto Heidelberg presses. Standard production is completed within 7 dias laborables, with a minimum reprint quantity of just 200 copias.

Updated PDF/X files are re-checked through our RIP system. Re-proofing is arranged for revised text or jacket artwork. Typical production completes in 10 a 15 dias laborables depending on finishes.

All cartons were required to use H636H-grade corrugated material, with scannable barcodes on the cartons. A white sheet was placed at the top and bottom of each carton, with no pearl cotton packaging required.
