Long-Term Reprint Policy & Digital Asset Custody
With formal customer authorization, Xinyi systematically archives all calibrated prepress files, imposition schemes, proof approvals, and color profile curves for 2 full years under strict document control protocols. This guarantees seamless repeat printings with zero color drift and expedited machine setup.

Files and plates are retrieved directly from our digital repository. Calibration data is loaded immediately onto Heidelberg presses. Standard production is completed within 7 working days, with a minimum reprint quantity of just 200 copies.
