Our standard production MOQ is 200 copies for all custom book and printed products. Because offset press setup (CTP plates, machine calibration, and folding dies) involves fixed initial costs, larger production quantities generally result in lower unit costs.

Artwork, Prépresse & File Setup
We recommend exporting single-page composite Print-Ready PDF files (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 standard). We also accept layered Adobe InDesign packages, Illustrator (.IA), and Photoshop (.PSD) files with all text converted to vector outlines and images embedded.
All artwork must include a minimum of 3 MM (0.125 dans) outer bleed on all four edges. Keep all important text, numéros de pages, and critical artwork at least 5 MM (0.2 dans) inside the trim line. For hardcover casing wraps, extend outer bleed to 15–20 mm.
All raster images must be 300 DPI or higher à 100% scale. Work in CMYK mode (FOGRA39 or GRACoL2006 profile). If RGB images are provided, our prepress team converts them using ISO standardized curves to minimize color shifts.
Proofing, Color Accuracy & Échantillons
Oui. For most bulk orders reaching our standard production thresholds, the sampling cost is 100% credited directly toward your final bulk order invoice.
Our factory operates automated GMG ColorProof systems and Heidelberg spectrophotometers that measure ink density in real-time during press runs. We also formulate custom Pantone (SPM) spot inks for precise brand consistency.
Turnaround Schedules & Conditions de paiement
Standard mass production turnaround is typically 7–12 business days pour les livres de poche, 10–18 business days for casebound hardcovers, et 10–18 business days for board books and calendars, officially counted after final proof approval, signed spec sheet, and confirmed deposit.
We typically work with a 30%–50% deposit upon proof approval to initiate raw material preparation, with the remaining balance settled after you review final QC inspection photos/videos before container dispatch. We accept Bank Wire (T / t), Credit Cards, and L/C.
Expédition, Conditionnement & Douane
Oui! We offer DDP shipping for the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand (remote areas excluded), and most European Union countries, covering international freight, export declaration, import customs clearance, and delivery to your door. For destinations without direct DDP routes, orders ship via DDU, CIF, GOUSSET, or EXW.
We use heavy-duty BC flute double-wall corrugated export cartons (~7 mm thickness) kept strictly under 15 kg per carton to prevent transit crushing. Appropriate moisture-proof protection is implemented for every shipment to safeguard books against ocean humidity, and cartons are stacked on ISPM 15 compliant pallets reinforced with corner protectors, heavy-duty strapping, and stretch wrap.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or transit damage, contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate within 24 hours and arrange immediate compensation, reprint, or replacement.
