The client was preparing for a major global trade show taking place in late July to debut their new product ecosystem. As part of their executive marketing campaign, they required 1,000 sets of high-end corporate gifts split across two complementary PU leather colorways. The notebooks needed to serve as both an immediate VIP giveaway at their booth and a featured SKU on their new direct-to-consumer e-commerce portal.

To resolve the leather color mismatch instantly, Xinyi’s procurement team sourced alternative thermo-reactive PU leather grades from four certified tanneries within 24 घंटे. 2. CNC Brass Die Machining & Micro-Tuned Heat Debossing

To achieve sharp, deep debossing without scorching the faux leather, our tooling department fabricated custom CNC brass dies with a 60-degree bevel angle. We calibrated our pneumatic heat presses to 165°C at 6.5 bar pressure with a 2.8-second dwell time, achieving a deep, स्थायी, color-darkening emboss with razor-sharp contours.

3. Premium 100gsm Eye-Care Inner Refill Booklet Production

4. Agile Split-Air Logistics Strategy
