After receiving customer authorization, we retain the relevant production files, document folders, and printing plates for 2 years. For reprints, we can retrieve the previous production records for confirmation. The minimum reprint quantity is 200 copies.
We take every quality concern seriously. If you find a quality issue after receiving your order, please contact us with photos or videos. We will investigate the issue based on the product condition and production records.
If the issue is confirmed to result from our manufacturing or quality control process, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as reprinting or replacement. Issues caused by customer-approved artwork, improper handling, or storage will be assessed separately.
